I had a slight problem with the fact that the ST body i received had two color mismatched pieces of alder and I had planned on a translucent finish. I emailed Sam, who responded within the hour and offered a return. I couldn't take him up on that as I had time constraints but then brainstormed a finish solution better than the one I had planned, so all is well. The company is offering good quality kits for good prices and if you have a problem there's prompt help from a real person.
