We are a DIY Guitar Kit Supplier, based near Salt Lake City, Utah. Our products are shipped from our Utah based warehouse, for quick delivery across the United States.

Can I request a custom build?

We do not offer custom builds. In order to keep prices down, our kits are produced in small batches. We can recommend custom guitar builders we work with that may be able to create what you are looking for.

Are you "The Fretwire"

I founded The Fretwire in 2014 and sold it to an eCommerce investment firm in 2021. They went out of business in 2023, and I decided to come back to the DIY Guitar business launching Vibeworks Guitars. We use many of the same suppliers today that The Fretwire used to use. You will get the same level of quality and support you were used to from the The Fretwire before 2021.

Are your kits made in the USA?

No. Our mission is to put DIY Guitar Kits into the hands of as many builders as possible. Unfortunately USA-made parts cost 3-8x more than parts made throughout Asia. We partner with trusted and respected factories that we've worked with for over a decade. If there is every a problem with your parts, let us know and we will make it right.

Do you offer a warranty?

All of our kits are backed by a 90-day warranty. Even if its been longer, please reach out. We'd love to help you.
