The ST Style with an alder body — the configuration most Strat fans actually want. The ST Style Alder DIY Guitar Kit pairs that legendary, slightly-warmer alder tone with three single coils, the standard five-way switching, and bones that have made history.

Bolt-on neck with frets and dual-action truss rod, predrilled and routed, pre-sanded, three single-coil pickups wired through one volume, two tones, and a five-way switch. Alder is the wood that built most of the records you love — articulate, balanced, and just warm enough to flatter your playing.

Designed and shipped from the USA. Every kit is backed — defective parts replaced free, no return required. Build your own guitar in the configuration most pros pick when they're picking. There's a reason alder has been the default Strat wood for sixty-plus years.

  • Predrilled and routed body
  • Neck with frets and dual-action truss rod installed
  • Bridge and turning hardware
  • Pickups, Pots, and Wiring Components
  • All wood parts are pre-sanded, ready for your final sanding and a finish to be applied.
  • Some bodies and/or necks may have binding in place
